Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich Foundation

Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich Foundation

Last week, I went for a makeover at the Bobbi Brown counter in Harvey Nichols, Manchester to find a new foundation. I love my Chanel one but I felt like a change. I’ve read so many good things about the Bobbi Brown range. The one that the make-up artist selected was the Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich Foundation. My skin has some really dry patches, especially now it’s getting colder and closer to winter.

I bought the colour Cool Beige 3.25 and haven’t looked back! It’s absolutely perfect for my skin. It is incredibly moisturising and has an SPF of 15 which is always handy. I often forget about how bright the autumn sun can be. It has a dewy finish which I always opt for. The staying power of it is amazing. I rarely ever need to touch it up and my skin is glowing all day. It’s a light coverage foundation that you can build it up a little more if you want. You don’t need to use a lot, just where your skin tone needs evening out.

If my skin is already moisturised, it can look a little shiny. This is easily solved with a quick sprinkling of face powder but I use it to set my make-up at the moment anyway. It will probably have the same effect if you have oily skin so I’d recommend trying another Bobbi Brown foundation.

The price isn’t too bad, it’s £30 for 30ml which I’m more than happy to pay for with the results it’s given me. I’ve had it about a month already and it’s only just got below the neck of the bottle. Take a look at your nearest counter or you can have a gander over on the Bobbi Brown site for some more information.

Has anyone else tried the Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich foundation, what did you think?
